Plaza Wires Ltd was established in 2006, specializing in the production of wires, low tension (LT) aluminum cables, and fast-moving electrical goods (FMEG). Their product range encompasses house wires, flexible industrial cables, industrial cables for submersible pumps and motors up to 1.1 KV-grade. Additionally, they manufacture LT power control cables, TV dish antenna co-axial cables, telephone & switchboard industrial cables, LAN networking cables, closed-circuit television cables, and solar cables, often through third-party manufacturers. The company boasts a wide network of over 20 after-sales service centers spanning Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, and Tamil Nadu. Plaza Wires Ltd has recently introduced miniature circuit breakers and distribution boards (DB) to its offerings. The company maintains a strong presence with 1249 authorized dealers and distributors, 3 branches, and 4 warehouses.
The proceeds from the fresh issue will be utilized by Plaza Wires Ltd to finance the capital expenditure required for establishing a new manufacturing unit dedicated to house wires and cables and for expanding its product portfolio. Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Ltd will spearhead the management of the issue, with KFIN Technologies Ltd serving as the registrar.
